The amount of bedrooms available to you will depend on the amount of guests.
The rental price is excluding water and electricity.
Water consumption will be deducted from the security deposit.
The water meter will be read in your presence at the beginning and the end of your stay.
You can pay for electricity by using a prepaid system called “pagatinu”.
so you have control over your energy consumption. The prepaid cards can be purchased in almost every convenience store and supermarket.
cancellation policy
We understand that plans can sometimes change. Therefore, we apply the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation by the tenant
- You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund of the reservation amount.
- If you cancel within 30 and 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund of the reservation amount.
- If you cancel within 7 days before arrival or in the event of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior cancellation), no refund of the rental amount will be provided.
Cancellation by the landlord
- If, due to unforeseen circumstances on our side, the rental cannot proceed and we are forced to cancel the reservation, the tenant will receive a full refund of all amounts already paid.
- We will inform the tenant as soon as possible and will do our best to offer a suitable solution.
